How it works
We agree the scope, create the appropriate accounts and establish backups, monitoring and a baseline for the site.
Updates are handled carefully, obvious issues are prioritized and any larger work is separated from routine care.
You receive the agreed monthly work and health summary, with clear recommendations when something needs more attention.
Free vs paid
The free check and paid audit serve different purposes.
Access & continuity
I prefer named accounts with only the access needed, plus two-factor authentication where available.
Your theme, plugin or integration does not have to be off-the-shelf for me to work on it.
MS Labs is a solo studio. Planned unavailability is communicated in advance; 24/7 on-call coverage is not promised.
