I prefer named user accounts with the minimum access needed and two-factor authentication where available. I do not need your main password when your platform supports separate accounts. Access should be removed when it is no longer required.
Yes. I can usually work with your existing host, theme, plugins and custom code. Access requirements depend on the task.
Care plans are month to month. Larger development projects are quoted separately with their own scope and terms.
MS Labs is a solo senior-engineer studio, so capacity is intentionally limited. Planned unavailability is communicated in advance. I do not promise 24/7 on-call coverage.
